The scope of the project included; removal of moldy insulation, mold remediation, the addition of dehumidifiers and finally a 16 ply Kevlar liner and foam board insulation. From the initial evaluation to the clean up after the job was completed, they are just an exemplary company! Brad did the initial evaluation. He was extremely knowledgeable and really worked with us so we got exactly what we wanted. He didn’t try to upsell us, nor under sell us. We wanted top of the line and that’s what we got. He was responsive when we had questions and made sure we were clear on all of the steps that were required. Their installation crew was incredible, the space was immaculate when they were done and they were very respectful of our home and our privacy. The quality of work was well beyond what we were expecting. Our crawl space, which had been part of the property we didn't like to go into due to the mess, bugs, and dirt, is now sealed up from top to bottom with a thick insulated wall board and heavy duty floor covers. Their electrician even installed a second light outlet and a switch by the entrance so the area is better lit around the dehumidifier they installed. We can already tell that the area is maintaining temperature much better than before, and is completely dry. At the end of the project they scheduled the inspection, which took all of about 15 minutes due to the quality of work and their reputation with the county inspector. Finally, they sent a copy of the passed inspection at the end of the job for our records, in case there is ever a problem with the space. Kefficient wasn't the lowest price we received for the work, but I'm certain we received a far superior product and project from them.
