I had a great experience with Kefficient doing a crawlspace encapsulation for me in a completely naked crawlspace Kefficient was transparent and professional with me from the very beginning. Brad, who works in sales, stopped by my house and quickly went from a polo to full crawlspace gear to enter and examine my crawlspace. He took a lot of photos and walked me through my crawlspace situation - the good, bad and the ugly, in great detail and explained how Kefficient could help. He spent over an hour at my house and entertained all my questions and hypotheticals which, as a first time homeowner, I really appreciated. He also stayed in touch with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy and everything was going smoothly. When the crew showed up to do the work, I was impressed at how quickly they were able to completely transform my crawlspace. Deryll was the foreman on my job and he did an excellent job communicating with me and ensuring that the work was very high quality. I think that deryll and his team even vacuumed my crawlspace after they laid down the vapor barrier - it’s cleaner down there than it is in my living room! Deryll even pointed out to me a faulty repair that was done on my condensate line in my HVAC system so I could get it fixed. He truly had my home’s best interest in mind and his work clearly reflected that. I cannot express how pleased I am with his craftsmanship - he is truly an expert at what he does. Bradley Conner came out to inspect my crawlspace and give me an estimate. He was extremely respectful, and treated my whole family with great care. His communication, along with everybody else I had the pleasure of dealing with, was phenomenal. If Brad couldn't get me an answer, he'd send me to someone that could, even after hours. I originally called for two separate estimates, one being foundation repair, the other being encapsulation. After some number crunching, I decided to get both done at the same time. Kyle (I'm not sure of his last name) was the project manager. Kyle was very informative throughout the whole project. He sent me very detailed updates at the end of every day with pictures and descriptions of what had been done. I was out of town the entire time, but with how detailed he was, I had no worries of if it was being done right. Kyle even took a picture of an AC vent that wasn't connected to give me a heads up when that had nothing to do with the scope of the project. There were a couple bumps along the way, but nothing worth mentioning or worth bringing the review below 5 stars because once made aware, they were on top of it and had it fixed expeditiously. A lot of companies say they treat you like family. Kefficient puts it into practice. I couldn't be happier with the work done, and the professionalism of everybody I dealt with throughout the entire time they were working on my house.
