Finished the work a day early.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a rather nasty case of mold in my crawl space that was coming up into my home. After a couple of failed attempts with “maintenance men”, I researched with a few different companies to further inspect and quote the situation. All three companies had the same conclusions, I would need mold remediation, girder replacement, drain and drain tile with sump pump installed and a dehumidifier. Of course that would require all new vapor barrier and insulation. The quotes provided were near comparable at first glance, however Keifficient’s quote included full encapsulation, building permits and inspections for the work performed, including the girder replacement, electrical work for the sump pump and dehumidifier. They had provided an additional quote without the encapsulation as well. Though in the end, I chose encapsulation, and used one of their financing options available and I’m so pleased with the end result. Keifficient did an excellent job of getting rid of the mold in my crawl space with little interruption during the week they were working. Kyle, the project manager was very communicative throughout the entire process and would send me pictures of the work being completed each day. I also added cleaning my ductwork to the project and assist with the mold smell in my house. Keifficient was able to get that done for me within the following week. Brad was great to work with on going over what Kefficient could offer with its products and solutions by encapsulating my crawl space. They delivered on time as promised with encapsulating. Project Manager Kyle was an absolute pleasure to work with. He kept me updated with communication every step of the way on the progress of the project. He was very thorough and sent over pictures as well. You can tell he truly cared about the outcome of the project and my satisfaction as a customer, always ensuring no question or expectation was not prioritized. Elmer’s crew did such a great job, please never get rid of a crew that works as hard as they do. I was amazed at everything they accomplished within only 3.5 days. As somebody who has had extensive experience training in MOPP gear in the Army, I know firsthand how hard it is to do all of the work those 2 guys had to do in all that gear. They weren’t just hard workers, you can tell they have true dedication in their craftsmanship. Their attention to detail on getting everything installed perfectly was impeccable. It’s hard to get a great sales manager and project manager that takes pride in standing by their customers like they do. But even harder to ALSO have a crew doing the hard manual labor that take pride in their craftsmanship to the level these guys do. I hope nothing but the best for everybody on my project. My last request as a customer is for them all to get special recognition for their dedication to providing the best product possible.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 03/02/2025: As promised, I needed another encapsulation for a new home(but like built 1917) I bought it with a mere vapor barrier and known terminate and moisture issues. The urgency of the work that needed to be done was honored, and end result was even better than my first one!! This was a far more difficult project, and unfortunately, I couldn't be on site during the project. The daily updates with photos and exactly what was worked on (the before and afters) I got was beyond expectations, 1000% to the crew. The light near the dehumidifier is game-changing and they even gave me a moisture monitoring device. When I learned how cool it was, I asked if I can have one for my 1st house, and they offered it to come brin git by(free). Bonus when the technician came to install, he noticed some dropping insulation and just fixed it. This is why I love this company and will always call them for my needs and highly recommend them to anyone. 09/14/2024: They did my crawlspace encapsulation and 100% recommend their services to everyone!!! A++ work They did a great job promptly and at a Great price compared to the other 4 companies I called (yes I really called and got 5 encapsulation estimates before making my decision). They offered the best warranty and promptly responded to come out for any issues after installation. Today I had a structural engineer come and asses my home and gave me an A rating in my crawlspace due to the encapsulation that was done 3 years ago now by this Amazing company. That the work they did a great job keeping moisture out and I have no issues with any of my joists/beams and absolutely 0 issues sited in the crawlspace. If i ever need another crawlspace encapsulated they will be the only call i am making as I trust their work and price.
