I’ve had a lot of work done, on numerous homes, over the years but I’ve never been more impressed with a company than I was with Kefficient! How often has a company exceeded your expectations at every turn?

We needed a crawl space encapsulation. The scope of the project included; removal of moldy insulation, mold remediation, the addition of dehumidifiers and finally a 16 ply Kevlar liner and foam board insulation. From the initial evaluation to the clean up after the job was completed, they are just an exemplary company!

Brad did the initial evaluation. He was extremely knowledgeable and really worked with us so we got exactly what we wanted. He didn’t try to upsell us, nor under sell us. We wanted top of the line and that’s what we got.

Mark, the companies owner, moved up our project date, as I was very sick from the mold. I can’t ever thank him enough for that act of kindness!

The team who did the work were fabulous and the clean up on the way out looked like boy scouts had been through.

What is naturally an extremely stressful and expensive process, was made so much easier, knowing the company really had our best interests at heart.
